The tree removal has been completed and the Silt barriers have been installed. The topsoil stripping and removal will take 1 –2 weeks.
Removal of waste material (areas where these is a thicker amount of organics than the typical top soil layer) will take about a week depending on its occurrence. Site grading with both the suitable clays onsite as well as imported clays will take 5 weeks estimated.
Additionally, the retaining walls will also be constructed concurrently with the start of site grading for about 8 weeks estimated.
