Minister Hughes has requested the ERCB postpone any decision pertaining to application/completion of inquiry within Urban areas until the Alberta Urban policy is completed by the Energy department. The ERCB has acknowledged this request and will comply pending completion of the Urban policy and/or subsequent direction from the Government of Alberta.
