Hello Rocky Ridge and Royal Oak, I am fortunate to have recently taken over the role as President from such a strong predecessor, Ward Sutherland. He has, and continues to do so much for our community and along the way, truly inspired me to become more involved and was a great help to me personally since I first joined the board.
I started with a small but important role on the board early last year and sense then, my eyes have been opened. I learned a lot working closely with our incredible team of directors as well as those volunteers that have assisted in so many of our events and continue to do so through their key roles. These individuals taught me the true sense of community. I am humbled by what I have witnessed and am very proud to be a part of such an amazing team, this inspired me to take on this new role.
It has been a spectacular journey for me so far and I have learned so much about the community and the people that make it a such a special place to live.
I hope that if you recognize any of us on the board through our pictures, you will come by and introduce yourself. We are hoping to bring the 19,000 residents of our community that much closer.
I look forward to serving RRROCA and excited to share all we plan to offer its residents over the coming months.
