Stripping & Grading Update- October 01,2012
The appeal was adjourned until Nov 1, 2012 at which time the appeal will be heard. A new plan was submitted regarding the tree protection and retaining walls. There will be no cut/fill plan for the site (no stockpiles on site). The retaining walls will not encroach on the ER (wetlands) now, they have been set-back on the properties.
