Volunteer

The Spring Sports program would not be able to run without volunteers.

There are a few key volunteer positions that we would like to have in place before registration starts. By contacting us now to volunteer, you cannot only guarantee your child’s spot in the program, but ensure you get the volunteer position you’d like! We are currently recruiting Age Group Coordinators, Coach Coordinator, Equipment Manager, and Volunteer Coordinator. If you are interested in any of these key positions or would like more information, please email programs@rrroca.org. All other volunteer positions are filled during registration.

Photo Schedule for RRRO

Hello Coaches,
Weather permitting, photos for RRRO spring sports will be done on Wednesday May 17th and Thursday May 18th. Photos will be rescheduled if it rains.

If you are playing that night your photos will either be before or after your games. The team that you are playing that night will be done at the same time. We only require 10 minutes and we have 2 or 3 stations set up for photos that way the kids coming after they play will not wait to long.

Please tell your team to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled photo time. For example, if your photos are at 6:30 please tell your team to arrive at 6:20. This allows for the late comers.

All photos will be taken at the rear parking lot of the Victory Church, 450 Royal Oak Drive NW, Calgary. We will schedule a time for all the kids that missed photo night.
